It's Showtime!

It's that time of year again. The Christmas Treasures online teddy bear show at Teddies Worldwide is open now. Visit the show at www.teddiesworldwide.com to see my bears and those from other talented artists all over the world!

I have been spending quite a bit of time sculpting dolls this year, and it was delightful to spend time on bears again! (I find sculpting delightful too of course) I have made only five pieces for the show, but each is special to me. I hope you will enjoy them too! Scroll down to see them all.

First up is Buddy, a jolly little fellow dressed to help Santa with his deliveries.

Next is Jovi. If you are a fan of the holday movie Elf, you will know where I got the first two bears' names, and you will know that Jovi is a girl bear!

Mondo is a baby red panda similar to the one I designed for my son Brendan last Christmas.

Logan is made from a lovely dense mohair that I have had for many years. His inset snout is alpaca.

And finally I have Lonnie, a light beige and black mohair panda.

Thank you for visiting my blog!
